Employee
  • Applications are thoroughly reviewed and processed.
  • All applicants are given character analysis surveys for security purposes.
  • Background checks are completed on all applicants.
  • A series of interviews then take place.
  • Drug testing prior to hiring and random testing are held.
  • All employees are trained on a weekly basis. 
  • All employees are trained in safety requirements.
  • Company is a Delaware Safety Council member.

Your Home, Office or Building
  • All employees are uniformed with photo id badges.
  • Team members are assigned a specific cleaning task.
  • Team Leader checks all work and completes a quality control check list. Should there be a problem, we can immediately address the issue.

Keys and Codes
  • Team Leaders ONLY handle keys, codes and payments.
  • Keys are secured in an office lock box.
